Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are appreciated 24 hours before the scheduled service, whether it's for facials, hair salon appointments, manicures, massages, or pedicures. You will never be charged for canceling due to illness or emergency. Please note that no call/no shows with gift certificates will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost against the certificate.
